Advises and represents clients in court on private international law, enforcement of foreign judgments, commercial law and corporate law. Is certified arbiter according to the Danish Rules, and has experience as an arbitrator appointed by the Danish Institute of Arbitration.
Also assists Dutch parties doing business in Denmark, or trading with a Danish business partner.
Chairman of the Danish Dutch Chamber of Commerce. Member of the Dutch Jurists Committee for Human Rights, the Dutch Association for Procedural Law, Danske Advokater and the Danish Association for Arbitration.
Lise is Danish. She works in Dutch, English and Danish, and reads Swedish, Norwegian, Spanish and German.
