Specialized in commercial contracting disputes, joint venture and shareholder disputes, and M&A related matters. Extensive arbitration experience: acts in proceedings under various institutional rules, handles matters relating to the enforcement of arbitral awards, Executive Board member of the Dutch Arbitration Association, and sits as arbitrator. Regularly speaks and publishes on a range of topics, including dispute resolution and contract law. Recognized by Legal 500 in 2025 as a Next Generation Partner for commercial litigation and as a Leading Associate for arbitration.

Also three years of experience as a deputy fines officer at the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM), resulting in in-depth knowledge of the authority's enforcement practices, as well as the legal and strategic aspects of defending against or challenging such measures.
