Advocate since 2024. Prior to joining Avizor, she gained valuable experience in commercial arbitration and an understanding of the institutional perspective at the Netherlands Arbitration Institute, where she worked as Senior Legal Counsel.

Sofia is a board member of Young NAI and is advisor to the Board of Directors of the Hague Court of Arbitration for Aviation (Hague CAA).

Sofia is Italian and American, and works in Dutch, English and Italian. She also understands and reads French and Spanish.
